The Board unanimously adopted Resolutions 1367–1370, setting the West Whitewater River Subbasin replenishment assessment at $250 per acre-foot and the Mission Creek Subbasin assessment at $255 per acre-foot for the 2026-2027 period. All pumpers were notified by mail on May 20, and the assessment was also published in the newspaper of record. No public testimony was received. Pumpers who pump groundwater in either subbasin should plan for these rates in their upcoming operating budgets.
