Funding will be split proportionally based on projected well impacts: Colusa 42%, Glenn 50.5%, and Corning 7.5%, keeping Corning's administrative costs around $2,700 annually. North Valley Community Foundation will handle program administration, and the ad hoc committee’s discussion favored Glenn Groundwater Authority as the likely contracting GSA, given its stronger reserves, subject to that board’s concurrence.
