These funds are non-reimbursable and require no local cost-share or match, meaning construction can proceed without increasing FWA's existing financial obligations. The Board authorized staff to immediately move forward with soliciting bids for five Phase 1 replacement pump stations (1 for Tea Pot Dome WD, 4 for Saucelito ID), with bids going out as early as the following Monday, a contract award targeted for May, and Notice to Proceed around June 30, 2026, with substantial completion/commissioning July 1, 2026–Aug. 31, 2028 and final completion Oct. 31, 2028.
