1. FY 2026 groundwater sustainability fees adopted The board adopted Resolution 2025-02, setting a Tier 1 fee of $13.83 per cropped acre across all subbasins and $5.32 per connection for domestic users. There will be no Tier 2, subbasin-specific fees for FY 2026.
