Strong Meter Installation Program Progress: MAGSA has distributed $1.2 million in rebates covering 700 well installations, with 300 more applications in progress, putting the program at the halfway point of its $2.8 million grant funding. The agency plans to exhaust all grant funds by the November 21, 2026 deadline, increasing from the originally planned 925 well locations to approximately 1,050 installations, and staff and directors discussed the possibility that, if any funds remain, rebate amounts for compliant participants could be increased.
