Demand Management Plan Progressing — Policies Under Review That Will Shape Future Groundwater Allocations The ad hoc committee has been actively reviewing policy options from Phase 1 of the demand management plan, including native yield, carryover water, water transfers, leave-behind contingency, and curing policy. These foundational decisions will guide how groundwater allocations are ultimately structured for landowners in KNDLA's jurisdiction. The committee plans to refine these options with consultant Provost & Pritchard (PMP) during Phase 3, with a recommendation to the full board to follow.
