1. Members discussed a possible role for the Executive Committee in shaping how groundwater project ideas are reviewed. General Manager Piret Harmon said staff has developed a submission form to collect information needed to consider project ideas for the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) and is preparing to make the form and process available. Staff is still considering how proposals would be evaluated and advanced. Members suggested the committee could help shape that process rather than assess individual projects. No review procedure was approved.
