It supports searches by address or assessor’s parcel number (APN) and shows preliminary fees, how they are calculated, and whether they would be collected through a property tax bill or direct invoice. It displays cropped acres based on the Department of Water Resources’ 2023 mapping data, fee categories, and public water system boundaries that may not be fully current. The preliminary map shows proposed rates of $13.83 per cropped acre and $5.32 per connection. The committee did not approve the fees; staff anticipated board consideration the following week. Staff expects to update parcel amounts after the tax roll is completed in September.
