1. New Operations Manager Hired and Transition Plan Established Mike joined the district as the new Operations Manager and is in a six-month probation period through April/early May. During this time, existing staff will continue reporting to Brian while Mike learns the district's pipeline facilities, wells, and operations. After the probation period ends in May, Mike will take full operational control with Brian transitioning to a resource role. Staff anticipates it will take approximately 11 months for Mike to fully absorb the institutional knowledge Brian has accumulated over his 43 years with the district.
