1. Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) Evaluation Workshop Targeted for December 18th The Agency is moving forward with its first GSP evaluation workshop, with the board expressing intent to hold it on December 18, 2025, following the regular board meeting, subject to staff readiness. The board discussed allowing up to two hours to accommodate both routine business and the workshop. Staff has been working on historical model data analysis and shallow groundwater monitoring to assess interactions between surface water and deeper aquifers. Water chemistry sampling of shallow wells has been completed, with lab results now available and under review to inform the upcoming workshop.
