Annual Water Supply and Demand Assessment Reports Are Due July 1, 2026 All urban water suppliers must submit their annual water shortage assessment report through the DWR WUE Data Portal by July 1, 2026. This deadline coincides with the submission of updated 2025 Urban Water Management Plans and Water Shortage Contingency Plans, making this a particularly busy compliance year. Three suppliers have already submitted their reports as of the webinar date.
