FY 2024-2025 Safe Clean Water Program Annual Report Approved The Independent Monitoring Committee (IMC) completed its comprehensive review and unanimously approved its FY 2024-2025 IMC report on the Safe, Clean Water and Natural Flood Protection Program Annual Report. The committee agreed with the status of all projects as reported and made no new recommendations, though they identified several notes for future improvements. The report will be presented to the Board of Directors on March 10, 2026, with Vice Chair Marc Rauser serving as the designated signatory and presenter.
