1. Draft GSP Amendments — Comment by November 18 for December Review
Draft amendments to five of the six Groundwater Sustainability Plans have been published; the Monterey Subbasin draft is expected October 20. The drafts incorporate new data, proposed changes to water-quality sustainable management criteria, updated project descriptions and refined water budgets. They also describe potential management actions, including rotational fallowing, multi-benefit land repurposing, rural residential water efficiency and a possible well mitigation program. Listing an action in a draft does not approve it for immediate implementation.
