Well Registration Deadline Extended with Late Fee Implementation
The North Kings GSA successfully registered over 5,800 wells by the November 30 deadline, demonstrating strong grower participation across the entire GSA boundary. Due to this success, the North Kings GSA board unanimously approved extending the registration deadline to January 30, 2026 at a special meeting held the night before this FID meeting. However, beginning February 1, a $100 late registration fee will be implemented per wellhead for any wells registered after the deadline.
