Data Correction Issue with Water Usage Calculations: The GSA discovered that LandIQ's June 2025 evapotranspiration (ET) data was calculated using an incorrect seasonal model, resulting in higher-than-expected water usage charges for Quarter 3 (April-June). LandIQ has corrected the data, and staff is currently reviewing it before finalizing Q3 consumption billing. This correction will be reflected in upcoming invoices, and a full Q3 update will be presented at the October meeting.
