1. Well Metering & Extraction Reporting Deadline Approaching - April 1, 2026
The Board discussed the upcoming mailing to landowners regarding mandatory flow meter installation and compliance documentation, which must be submitted by April 1, 2026. All well owners/operators in the Basin are required to install flow meters with visual, volume-recording totalizers and submit compliance forms by this deadline. An email campaign will precede the mailing to facilitate early electronic submission of forms and allow dialogue with operators who need guidance on meter installation, calibration requirements, and reporting procedures.
