Comprehensive Fee Study Approved — Could Change How Fees Are Structured The board approved a $135,599 agreement with Confluence Engineering Solutions (teamed with Larry Walker Associates) to conduct a comprehensive fee study. The study aims to simplify SCGA's three separate revenue streams (member contributions, GSA cost-shares, and property tax roll assessments), reduce administrative burden, and improve equity and transparency. An ad hoc committee consisting of Chair Bruce Camillo, Director Brett Ewart, and David Trask was formed to guide the work, with the goal of having a new fee structure ready for fiscal year 2028.
