1. Water Rates Are Decreasing Across the Board — Approved for 3 Water Years The Board unanimously approved new San Felipe Distribution System rates and recycled water rates for the 2026–27, 2027–28, and 2028–29 water years. Agricultural rates will see a 14% decrease, and Municipal & Industrial (M&I) rates will drop approximately 37% in the first year. No protests were received from any ratepayers. These reductions were based on updated financial planning in the Raftelis rate study; Brett Miller also noted that attending a recent finance conference helped staff gain knowledge to improve district policies and procedures.
