Transfer Policy Changes Approved: The board approved significant changes to water transfer rules, allowing native sustainable yield water to be transferred anywhere within the Greater Kaweah GSA without zone restrictions. This replaces the previous three-zone limitation and provides more flexibility for growers to buy and sell their base water allocations. The changes become effective with water year 2025 allocations.
