Staff reported that approximately 54,000 acre-feet of unreleased restoration flows are expected to be released soon, translating to roughly 11,000 acre-feet for the District at Tier 2 pricing. While this is favorable additional supply, Tier 2 water is significantly more expensive. The District plans to use these flows to reduce groundwater pumping by turning down well filters next month.
