1. Board Enters Closed Session The board voted to enter closed session on three existing litigation matters: the Rosedale-Rio Bravo case concerning Cross Valley Canal issues, the Rosedale-Rio Bravo case concerning Onyx water rights, and Bring Back the Kern. Counsel also identified one potential suit and negotiations over the price and terms of State Water Project water. The assistant general manager was named as negotiator with the California Department of Water Resources and State Water Project contractors.
