Water Supply Stable but No Major Changes Expected Through Summer Lake Oroville storage is tracking above average for this time of year, and CCWA holds approximately 51,000 acre-feet of surface water stored in San Luis Reservoir as of the end of June. There is no snow remaining in the watershed, and no precipitation is forecast through the end of July. The state side of San Luis Reservoir has a 50% chance of being full by end of September, which staff will monitor closely as it could trigger spill concerns and surcharge agreements.
