1. Pumping Reduction Plan Dashboard Access Expanded The Committee unanimously approved expanding access to the Pumping Reduction Plan (PRP) Dashboard so all GSAs can now view data across all zones, not just their own. Previously, access was restricted by zone (Zone 1: Aliso, Farmers, Tranquillity, Fresno; Zone 2: Grassland, SJREC; Zone 3: Northern DM; Zone 4: Central DM). This increased transparency will help GSAs better understand basin-wide groundwater management efforts and coordinate more effectively on compliance with pumping reduction requirements.
