1. Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Ratified with Contract Approvals Deferred
The Committee voted to ratify the $1.6 million Fiscal Year 2027 budget for the Coordinated Delta-Mendota Management Region (Fund 63), but deferred approving consultant contracts until the February meeting; the upcoming fiscal year begins March 1, 2026. The budget includes the existing condition that no money be spent on model calibration until further review. Staff will provide a detailed report on consultant contract proposals at the next meeting to allow the full committee to review recommendations before authorization.
