State Water Resources Control Board Probation Status Remains Uncertain Staff and board members recently visited all five State Water Board members in person to present Pixley’s progress on subsidence management, reduction of pumped water and ET, and implementation plans for 2026. However, the meetings yielded mixed signals with no clear indication on the exclusion decision. Staff expects to appear before the State Board soon—possibly within the next couple of months—with May 1st being the deadline for reports and potential invoicing.
