KNDLA Now Sharing in Sub-Basin GSP Costs The Board ratified a cost-share agreement that now includes the Kern Non-Districted Land Authority in the sub-basin's ongoing Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) coordination costs. Smaller GSAs will pay approximately $23,000 annually and larger GSAs approximately $37,000, with the possibility of additional mid-year cash calls for out-of-scope work. KNDLA had budgeted $40,000 for this expense, so current costs fall within projections, but the Board noted that additional assessments could follow.
