The district's 2026 State Water Project allocation remains at 45%. Total water deliveries in 2025 were nearly identical to 2024 (~137,500 acre feet), though supplemental water sales declined significantly, driving overall revenue down approximately $10 million. Following the supplemental water campaign, 24,500 acre feet were returned or declined early in the year, while landowners who kept their full subscriptions added ~7,000 acre feet of demand. Staff noted this earlier return process is working well and gives the district a much better picture of actual demand heading into summer.
