1. Four Land Repurposing Projects Advancing to Westlands Board for Approval on July 21st Four projects have received conditional approval from the Department of Conservation (DOC) and are now scheduled to be presented to the Westlands Board of Directors for consideration at the July 21st board meeting. These projects include the Passahero Phase 2 Recharge Pilot Project, the Los Gatos Recharge Pilot Project, the Westside Community Cooling and Resilience Center Project, and the Section 21 Recharge Project. They represent the highest-ranked proposals and include both groundwater recharge and community resilience initiatives.
