The Board approved Resolution No. 2026-10, setting the original district land water rate at $110 per acre-foot and the double-rate at $220. Staff explained the modest increase is justified by less available water this year compared to 2025 and the fact that early-season recharge water was delivered at a cost to the district without being billed to growers. Flat rates remain unchanged. Water orders will be accepted starting April 29, 2026, with an estimated first delivery date of May 4, 2026 — though growers at the far ends of the system should expect water 2–3 days after that.
