1. The Board Adopted a Groundwater Well Policy and a Groundwater Extraction Allocation Policy The board approved Resolution 2026-04 (groundwater well policy) and Resolution 2026-05 (groundwater extraction allocation policy). The board also approved filing a CEQA Notice of Exemption for each resolution. A document discussing comments from Westlands and the Sanitation District was shared before action on the policies. One commenter said they stood by their comments. These two policies establish the GSA's groundwater well policy and an extraction allocation policy for use within Southwest Kings GSA's jurisdiction.
