Board Approved the Valley Clean Infrastructure Plan (VCIP) Transmission Owner Access Policy and Large Generator Interconnection Procedure The board adopted Resolution No. 110-26, establishing the framework for how solar developers will apply to interconnect generation projects to the district's planned 500kV transmission line. This is a major milestone following the December 2025 EIR certification and VCIP plan adoption. The resolution also grants the General Manager and staff discretion to make minor procedural adjustments before the formal application window opens in June.
