The deadline for submitting your Flow Meter Installation and Calibration Compliance Form and Inactive Well Form is April 1, 2026. Monthly meter readings must also begin, taken between the 1st and 5th of each month starting in April — even if your well has not been running. The GSA has posted fillable PDF and Excel versions of all forms on their website. Executive Director Stephanie Bertoux emphasized that landowners do not need to perform any calculations — simply record the cumulative volume, measurement unit, and multiplier exactly as shown on your meter.
