1. Late-Season 3% Agricultural Allocation Increase Adds Roughly 1,000 Acre-Feet of Blue-Valve Water General Manager Dana Jacobson reported an unexpected 3% increase to the agricultural allocation, adding roughly 1,000 acre-feet of CVP water. There was no corresponding M&I allocation increase, consistent with the M&I shortage policy. Blue-valve water sales are on track to reach approximately 11,000 acre-feet this year, about 10% above last year.
