No allocation at this time The Corning Sub-basin GSA has not implemented groundwater allocations and currently relies on voluntary management actions including grower education programs, well management assistance, and incentivizing full use of existing surface water contracts rather than mandatory pumping restrictions. The GSAs have established a framework for future implementation of policies and ordinances that could include water use restrictions during certain water year types, well permitting modifications, and land use controls, but these regulatory measures have not been activated as of 2025.
