No allocation at this time The Gravelly Ford Water District is its own GSA. It currently imposes no groundwater pumping restrictions within its GSA boundaries despite over 85% of subbasin wells being below minimum thresholds, but has regulatory framework in place through passed Proposition 218 assessments and authority for metering and reporting requirements that could be implemented during future drought periods as the Madera Subbasin works toward SGMA sustainability targets.
