No allocation at this time McMullin Area GSA has not yet established specific per-acre groundwater allocations, though they have the framework and authority under SGMA to do so and are working toward sustainability by 2040. The GSA has established metering requirements (wells producing more than 2 acre-feet annually must install meters by January 31, 2025) and has developed a groundwater credit program concept, but specific allocation amounts have not been publicly finalized or announced as of 2025.
