No allocation at this time The Mid Kings River GSA has not yet implemented formal groundwater allocations and is currently focused on establishing a funding mechanism through a Proposition 218 land-based fee election planned for early 2026. The GSA was reconstituted in 2024 after organizational challenges and is prioritizing domestic well mitigation programs and sustainable yield studies before implementing allocation policies.
